Hello! I’m back from L.A. and it’s time to share some of my adventures.
At first, it seemed like a risky idea for my sister and I to rent a car, but once we got a hang of things like the numerous Californian freeways (thank you GPS), it became less of a problem. We ventured into Santa Monica with one very awesome guy who introduced us to its pier, beach and the surrounding Third Street Promenade. It was fun to explore a place I’d only seen in movies and photos, before actually stepping foot there. And for being an East Coast girl, it was pretty unbelievable to roam around a beach in November. I enjoyed it so much that I insisted to my sister we go again the next day, which we did!
