Tonal Army Green

(H&M parka/necklace, Old Navy blouse, Denim & Co. pants, Deena & Ozzy tote, Wanted boots)

So yesterday was St. Patrick’s Day and naturally I went into a festive mood and wore green. Well if you were to rummage through my wardrobe, you would most likely find that I tend to gravitate towards olive green and mint (with the exception of one thrifted forest green sweater/jumper). I ended up getting dressed in a full on tonal army green look (yes on purpose) when I couldn’t get a nice contrast mixing in some mint color. I absolutely like this because there’s a nice balance between the slightly different olive green tones that makes this combination work. I broke up the look by accessorizing with an intricate necklace, stacking a few bracelets on both wrists and wearing some badass black boots while taking full advantage of the rusting iron gate at a park for a cool factor in the background.

Have a great day as well as a lovely week!
xoxo
