Happy Thanksgiving! I’m taking a break from helping prepare tonight’s feast to wish everyone a wonderful day and to remember to think about what you’re thankful for. I’m thankful for family, my sister (though she fits in the family category, she’s super extra special to me), friends and being able to share bits of my world to you all.
These photos were taken yesterday while running a couple errands pre-Thanksgiving. I was in the mood of mixing a summery piece with some fall attire so out came this white skirt. The feature I love on this skirt is the strips of fabric that run horizontally around because they add some texture and stripes as well. I grabbed a knitted sweater for more texture and my new leopard chelsea boots for some flair.
Have a great day and night! I need to head back into the kitchen to finish a few dishes and desserts for tonight.
