Today’s outfit. Once again transforming a dress into a top… just take a simple dress, add a skirt and then voila you’ve got a whole new outfit! Gotta love versatility and the creativity to make one garment, like this dress, to be used more then its one sole purpose! Also love the vibrancy of electric blue… look my dress and flats match! =)
