I fell in love this skirt when I saw it styled for a modern Material Girl look in the February ELLE (US). It is just so gorgeous with its layers of tulle and tons of studs to form beautiful details on the waistband, almost like a build-in belt!!
Me too! I'm looking for one to purchase and everything is so cheap looking.. yuck
